Cancellation & Refund Policies
If you have pre-paid for multiple sessions we encourage you to book them all in order to ensure you are able to get to get them all booked in the recommended time as we fill up quickly.
Upon booking we require a deposit, you will receive a confirmation email.
24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder email – at the bottom of this email it gives you the chance to CONFIRM your appointment. Please make sure you do this. If you fail to do so we will be assuming you can’t make your appointment & cancel it and you will lose your deposit. If something comes up after confirming, please just give us a text or call (647) 721-7529.

We ask that you please provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call or text us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If this happens repeatedly upon booking your next appointment we will be forced to charge you the full fee of treatment up front. If appointment is missed you will lose full cost of treatment.
All sales are final. No Refunds. All packages are final & never expire.
